All hired goods remain the sole property of Rainbow Chair Covers at all times.
In no circumstances are pins or sharp objects allowed to be used on our covers, sashes or table linen or backdrops. You may not use pen or tack as these permanently mark our products. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure that wedding planners, venue dressers or other persons helping out are aware of these conditions. All chair covers, sashes and items of table linen are checked upon return. Any damages/missing items are and charged at :
£7.00 per chair cover
£1.50 per sash
£30.00 per table cloth
£2.00 per napkin
£1.00 per flower
£300 per led curtain
£200 per backdrop overlay
Any other damages will be charged in accordance with damage.
Booking fees should be paid as soon as possible to save your date. This is not a deposit. This is non refundable for cancellation due to any reason. Items not ordered at time of booking may not be available at a later date.
Payments will usually be requested in three stages. Final numbers and final payment due four weeks prior to event. Increases after this time may not be accommodated. Incomplete payment at this date may result in no chair covers. No refunds issued.
For last minute orders placed less than ten weeks in advance, the full balance will be due at time of order.
